Mother's day was nice. Joel made me breakfast and AJ gave me this pretty flower and an IPOD (which I have no clue how to use yet). Later we drove to Modesto and spent the day with my grandma's and mom.
For memorial weekend we went back up to my mom's and went to six flags discovery kingdom. AJ really wanted to ride the elephant, that is until it was our turn to get on, then he screamed bloody murder and I had to hold him in order to get him to go. For any of those wondering, I don't recommend it... awkward ride!

It's good to hear from you! I rode an elepphant when I was about 10, I don't remember too much, and I'm sure it was different with a toddler in your arms! Did AJ pick the i-pod out himself?
