Tic Toc

I took this picture for two reasons. 1) I love my new clock. I looked high and low for one that I wanted and kept coming back to this one. Once I decided to pony up the cash for it- it was sold out and I couldn't find it in stock or online for over a month. ( When I want something I usually want it now, so a month was a short forever for me.) 2) The second reason and probably real reason I took this picture was for the time displayed on the clock. I was being a bitter wife that was upset that my husband was at work so late. I took this picture of the time so that when he says he doesn't work that late I can pull it up and be RIGHT. What a jerk, huh? Instead of being understanding, I was building arsenal.

I don't often thank Joel enough for all that he does. He'd probably rather be at home than work too and doesn't need me to remind him how much time he spends there. I am really grateful he has a job and that he works hard at it. He has a great work ethic and is able to put his education to use with something he enjoys. So I am happy for him and if he didn't go to work, I wouldn't have my awesome clock. Thanks Babe!

I totally love your clock! Don't worry about your kids repeating what you say. Hunter was playing with his superheroes and is using the word "freakin" like ever other word! Better then other things I say I guess.

My kids say what the heck!! I love the clock too! You are such a good wife. Next time when you are thinking Joel is getting in too late... remember that my husband usually leaves when our girls get up and he is home after they go to bed ): Im feeling for ya!!

Sometimes it's nice to know you aren't alone in the no-husband-home area! Kyle's schedule is crazy too- especially when he's on call at the hospital. There are many days in a row I don't get to see him. But we are both lucky our husbands work so hard for us! Thanks for the reminder!
