Week 31!

Ok, so maybe I'm the only one excited about this count down, but I am. At my last "baby doctor" visit as Aj calls them, he asked if I was getting tired. I said of the pregnancy? and he's all no tired at night. My response "oh, not really." Then he says, is 40 weeks just too long for you and I said I think so, 36 was pretty long last time. He just laughed at me. So I have been making this one cookie recipe over and over lately and I LOVE them, so I thought I would share. It's totally my type of baking- few ingredients, few minutes, yummy food.

Chocolate Rolo cookies
1 box devil's food cake mix
2 eggs
1/3 cup oil
@24 rolos
Hand mix cake mix, eggs and oil together. Form dough in a ball around the rolo and then bake on an ungreased cookie sheet for 8 min @350. Don't over bake. I usually get almost 2 dozen. When cooled sprinkle powered sugar on top and enjoy! These are so good warm because the Carmel is all melted in the middle.

have a great week!

Aren't the last few weeks THE WORST!!!Jessica told me about your blog and I must admit it was fun to see your brother as a real grown up daddy! Where does the time go! Anyway - hope all goes well and hope it goes well sooner than in 9 weeks! Take care and tell Brandon I said 'hi'! Oh - and we're in Elk Grove - not too far away so if you're ever up this way, give me a call! 916-743-2470

34 weeks felt long for me with Abby. Heaven help me if I go full-term on #2?!?!?
