You gotta try it

Ok, so I belong to a recipie club that meets once a month. At our last meeting Erica mentioned she has a kraft food challenge blogsite, so I joined. at least once a month you have to make one of the recipies from the kraft foods magazine (it's full of good ones, and its free http://www.kraftfoods.com/ ) take a picture of your dish and post if you liked and what changes you would make. The first recipie I made was this one dish (sounds good already I know) cheesy chicken cacciatore. I had no expectations at all and was totally surprised by how yummy this dinner was, so here it is

Prep Time:10 min
Total Time:30 min
Makes:6 servings
1 tsp. oil
1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, chopped
2-1/2 cups water
2 zucchini, chopped
1 small onion, chopped (I leave out)
1 Tbsp. chopped fresh oregano
1 pkg. (14 oz.) KRAFT Deluxe Macaroni & Cheese Dinner
1 can (14-1/2 oz.) stewed tomatoes, drained (I didn't drain it)
HEAT oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook 5 min. or until browned.
ADD water, vegetables, oregano and Pasta. Bring to boil; simmer partially covered, 12 min. or until pasta is tender.
STIR in Cheese Sauce and tomatoes; cook until heated through.
Of course there are ways to make this more healthy, use a whole wheat pasta and a "real" cheese and it is pretty healthy. enjoy
